Price Match Guarantee

If you find any of our products cheaper elsewhere, let's talk and work something out. (Subject to the conditions listed below.)

Our Price Match Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• We can only price match identical items (including all product options such as colour, size etc).

• The competitor's item must be brand new boxed, in stock and available to purchase (not on back-order).

• The competitor's price must include delivery to a UK address and be expected to arrive within the same timeframe (or less) than we offer.

• The competitor must be based in the UK and sell directly to the public (not a distributor).

• The competitor must be an online-only business with no showroom.

• The competitor must specialise in electric vehicles.

• The price cannot include (or be the result of) any membership, bulk buy or coupon discounts.

• No other promotional offers can be used in conjunction with a price match.

• We are unable to price match if you are using a cycle to work scheme for your purchase.

• We cannot price match against clearance sales, private sellers such as market stalls or auction / marketplace websites.

• We are unable to offer a price match on accessories.

Email us with the full product details you wish to purchase including;

• Battery size

• Frame size

• Colour

• Any other relevant product options

• Please be sure to also include a link to the competitor's webpage that contains the cheaper price.
